1. Shipping Coverage
Cabinet and Stone Expo currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. public holidays
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped

Free standard shipping is available on select items within the United States.
There are no shipping charges added at checkout, and no hidden or additional shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Original Hems Studio is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout

8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order appears delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist by contacting the shipping carrier and helping investigate the issue.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
may require an additional reshipping fee, depending on carrier return charges.
